Overview

The institute has a lush green sprawling campus spread over 25 acers of land within the vicinity of the twin city of Chas-Bokaro at Jharkhand. The institute is established to nurture young technocrats and budding managers to cater the needs of the industry. In persuasion of excellence and growth, the institute has constituted a Training & Placement Cell (T&P Cell) to improve the interface between the institute and industry representatives. The T&P Cell will create a platform where the institute will get maximum exposure from the industry. The Cell is open to new ideas and is continuously adopting itself to new learning methods and technologies to improve the employability of students. In nutshell, the T&P Cell will not leave any stone unturned in preparing students for the next orbit.

Our Team

The T&P Cell is managed by a vibrant team comprising of faculties from each department who have rich experience in handling Training & Placement activities in the interest of students and a good amount of coverage of the industries as well. The team is responsible for smooth functioning of the T&P Cell.

Objectives/Functions of T&P Cell

To develop & maintain industry-academia interrelationship
To impart training to the students to enhance employability skills
To explore the various opportunities for holistic learning other than regular classroom program (such as Industrial Visit, Guest Lecture, Internship, Industrial Training etc.)
To prepare the students having all round development in knowledge, discipline and confidence and make them ready to face the industry
To explore the various opportunities for career growth and employment for the students
To facilitate students with various placement opportunities
To conduct recruitment drive in the campus
To facilitate interaction between student community and alumni fraternity

Registration with T&P Cell

Each and every students approaching to Final Year must register themselves with the T&P Cell of the college to avail various career opportunities facilitated by the T&P Cell as well as for participating in the placement activities. The registration form can be downloaded from the college website that includes the details of the student (Name, Branch, Roll/Reg. No., Gender, Educational qualification, Training/Project, Additional Skills, DOB, Contact details). Also, the students are directed to update their information periodically. This is required for the preparation and maintenance of student database to be used for different purposes by T&P Cell.
