About The Department
The department has state-of-the-art infrastructure and computing equipment With latest configurations, supported by high speed Ethernet and wireless Network The department offers an up to date and comprehensive curriculum with an Emphasis of practical learning through its well-equipped labs such as programming lab, computer network lab, DBMS lab ,MAT lab etc. . The department has highly qualified faculty, actively involved in nurturing the students with capability to demonstrate their technical skills. Summer training, project related work are carefully planned for the students to remain updated with the recent technology.
Objectives of the Department
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society’s Technical Campus, Chas, Bokaro strives to be globally recognised for imparting a quality engineering education so as to make students competent and well-versed in disciplinary depth and breadth together with a zeal to tackle every technical as well as professional obstacles effectively and inculcating the characteristics of entrepreneurship and Confidence within them.

Computer Science and Engineering is undoubtedly one of the fastest growing streams within the country as well as beyond the geographical boundaries. The department offers B-Tech (CSE). The department has a team of experienced and motivated faculty members who are in process of tuning the young minds to make them globally competitive.
